HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
  • Using the proof size post-its you received at your review appointment assign pose letters to each picture you are ordering from.
  • Using those same pose letters indicate on your order form what sizes you want to order.
  • Indicate quantity in parentheses following the pose letter if ordering multiple copies.
  • If ordering a wall portrait please indicate in parentheses how you want it mounted:
    • FM – Flush Mounting
    • UM – Unmounted (if you plan to mat the portrait)
    • CM – Canvas Mounting
    • FAP – Fine Art Paper (includes flush mounting)
  • If you would like any of your prints gift boxed please indicate in the gift box column. If necessary specify which pose/size you would like gift boxed.
  • Use the Composite and Montage side of the order form to design any composites. Write the pose letters in the corresponding boxes and circle your choices for size, background, and name (if applicable)
  • If you are ordering multiple composites (same composite type but different layouts) sketch the design on an additional sheet and attach to the order form.
  • If you have more pose selections than room to write on the order form (especially with wallets) make notes on additional sheets of paper and attach to the order form.
TIPS FOR PLACING YOUR ORDER
  • While most of your images have received rough retouching, any image may be altered. If there is something specific you would like done let us know when you place the order. (Additional charges may apply).
  • Keep in mind when choosing 5x7’s that the proportions are narrower than in the proofs. This causes some cropping from the sides and works best with looser/further away pictures than close/tight crops.
  • Many of the composites include very narrow or square crops – keep this in mind when choosing what images you would like to use in your design.
  • It may be easier for you to make notes on scratch paper initially and then transfer your final decisions to the order form.
  • Duplicate prints (same pose, same size) are cheaper than originals. When giving gifts, it’s always cheaper to order multiple copies as opposed to several individual prints from different poses.
