Portrait Packages

Proof Set Options:
o Standard Proofs: Unless noted at the time of the consultation, all proof sets are created as standard proofs which include proof level retouching and artistic variations on one image per setting and cropping variations on other images in the setting. Includes free conversions of color images to black and white.
o Deluxe Proofs: Proof level retouching and artistic variations on all images (as appropriate). No charge for additional conversions and after effects at the time of order.
Retouching:
o Retouching Levels:
1. Proof: Proof level retouching includes standard retouching (described in more detail below)
2. Order: Order level retouching is delayed until the final order is prepared and includes things such as heavy tan lines, sunburn, neck lines (including complicated stray hairs), and noticeable flaws in background.
o Standard Retouching:
Standard retouching typically includes stray hairs; facial blemishes; softening of facial and neck lines, moles, freckles and scars if desired; blending of tan lines; minor wardrobe flaws (missing buttons, stains, minor wrinkles, etc.) Standard retouching is included in the price of all packages.
o Advanced Retouching):
Advanced retouching typically includes digital brace removal; background changes (inside only and not always possible); major face and body modifications (i.e. opening eyes, slimming of body, glare in glasses, etc.); and advance wardrobe retouching (i.e. removing shorts from under dresses, bra strap removal, raising/lowering necklines and hemlines, adding/removing/changing earrings, etc.) Advanced retouching is charged in addition the all package prices, and is based on our $60 hourly retouching rate.
Additional Package/Order Information:
1. In studio Make Up Artist availability: We are happy to schedule your session with the make up artist available in studio on all sessions except for the Express Sessions. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a spot in studio at the time of scheduling. Additional deposits and charges apply.
2. Maximum Number of outfits: All package descriptions include an estimate of the maximum number of outfits most clients are able to wear in the given allotted time. Some outfits are so versatile (black cocktail dress, jeans, etc.) that you may prefer to wear these outfits longer and reduce the total number of outfit changes (resulting in more time for additional looks). You can always bring additional outfits in case there is time left at the end of the session to work in one more outfit.
3. Discount Requirements: All orders placed within 14 days from the day the proof set left the studio will receive a 30% discount (built into pre-set packages already). Any order placed outside of the 14 day policy will receive a discount of 15%.
4. Portraits: All of our session packages include pre-set portrait packages, as many of our clients prefer the ease of choosing from a pre-designed package. However, we understand that many of our clients needs do not fit into a pre-designed portrait package. If you would prefer to design your own custom portrait package, or if you would like to upgrade to one of our other pre-designed packages, we offer a dollar value credit towards doing so (value is specific to package).
