Note on Printing

Your portraits will be printed according to your instructions or like the proof (in the absence of specific requests).

If we fail to follow your instructions or if the prints differ substantially from the proof, we will gladly remake your portrait at no charge.

If you decide to have the portrait remade differently from your previous instructions or from the proof, we will redo the portrait at cost (approximately $20 per 8x10 or equivalent).  If the portrait requires retouching not previously requested, there will be a standard retouching charge unless deluxe retouch package was purchased.

 

[i] A look – Any wardrobe or set change; may include one or several poses  

[ii] Minimum order for the package at 30% off regular portrait prices.   **If for some reason you are not able to reach the minimum portrait order, you may reduce your order to any amount using regular portrait prices (no discounts).  Session fees, proof deposits, and makeup fees are non-refundable.  

[iii] Session fee plus minimum portrait order.

[iv] Proof Deposit – a non-refundable deposit allowing you to take the proofs out of the studio for review.  Deposit amount is credited as a payment toward your final portrait order.  THE BALANCE OF THE PACKAGE IS DUE IF THE PROOFS ARE NOT RETURNED IN 14 DAYS.   **Deposits to hold your shoot date must be made within 5 days of your consultation.  However, if your shoot is within 10 days of your consultation, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the consultation.

[v] Deluxe Retouch Package – all proofs in the proof set are partially retouched.  All portraits in the final order have standard retouching.
