WANTED: Senior Models!!
 

 

We are seeking 2008 high school seniors who would like to combine their custom senior portrait session with a free modeling session. We are expanding our repertoire to include new high impact looks and digital art techniques, and need both male and female subjects to do so.

 

The sessions will be conducted between now and December 1st. If you are planning on having your senior portraits done and also would like to participate in our senior models project, you will receive:

o      An additional 30 minute model session added on to the end of the regular senior session (at no additional cost). This 30 minute session will be devoted to new poses and looks (chosen from our idea books)

o      A $75 credit towards the portraits you purchase from your senior or model session (requires the model to sign a standard ASMP model release)

FAQ’s

  1. Am I required to purchase any images from the additional 30 minute session?

                  No! The images produced as part of the additional 30 minute session are mainly for our use on the
          website, consultation books, wall display, etc. and you are in no way required to purchase any of the
          images. However, the images are available if you would like to purchase some.

  1. I’ve received a $75 gift card from my senior representative; can I use that along with the $75 credit for signing the model release?

                  Of course!! If you bring in a gift card received through your high school’s senior representative, we would
          be glad to honor that additional $75 credit!

  1. I’m not comfortable doing certain looks; will I have any input into what we do in the additional 30 minute session or will you decide for me?

                  We wouldn’t want any of our clients doing anything they weren’t comfortable with. We have an “idea
          book” with sample images from magazines and other sources that David is interested in trying out on his
          own. We will have you sit down and go through this book as an extension of the consultation for your
          senior session, and choose which poses and looks you are interested in – and comfortable – doing. As
          with all of our clients, we require parent authorization on all poses/looks picked out by the senior.

  1. What kind of “new looks” are we talking about?

                  The world of senior photography is expanding and many new techniques are becoming widely available
          and popular. This includes manipulation of lighting, the use of location/props, and many digital techniques
          (after effects, etc). We are extremely excited to start taking advantage of these new options, and that
          is where you come in!! David and the staff have collected images from all over – magazines, ads,
          internet, you name it! We have compiled these images and ideas into a book for you to go through and
          select your favorite.
